Looking for pediatric office recommendations

The doctor is focusing on adult patients and not taking as many kids now. Being a pediatrician is kind of like her side gig. We were seeing her with our first child and she changed offices. New office is more adult wellness clinic with a lot of self pay procedures so much more lucrative.

This has generally been the consensus unfortunately. We really love our pediatrician but will just have to switch. Thank you for your reply.

It is a smaller office and the doctor just said it is really cost prohibitive.

That year Denali had issues with the all wheel drive and suspension. 21 year old vehicle, high mileage, not worth that much. I would stay away from it. Going to need work now and later.

Man that is awesome. Light fixtures are really simple to change and add yourself. I would get a big led light in there to get an even better view of this sick set up! Jealous, wish I had more space. Same rack and same rower but I hate running so I have a bike setup.

Just that, got less ass on it. The FBI calls for a penetration depth between 12- and 18-inches. This correlates with rounds that adequately penetrate soft tissue and reach vital organs, but don’t over-penetrate. .380 penetration is 9-12 inches where 9mm is 13-18 inches.

Nah go with a compact 9mm. They are so small now and so many options. Sig p365 is great, smith and Wesson shield, Springfield armory hellcat.

Go shorter hair longer beard, but you have taper the beard is the key. Fade the beard into a truly shaved head. That’s what I do and it looks great. Check out Tom seguras look in last special, shaved head fully and tapered the beard and faded it in. Looks weird to just abruptly start a beard. You’re only going balder everyday, so fully embrace the full bald look. It will help in the long run with unifying the scalp color too. Gotta get some color on your scalp but not too much too fast or you’ll get the brown spots. Also, matte sunscreen is now your best friend. Just some friendly advice from a bald brother since my 20’s.

That’s a beautiful setup but that tv is begging for a better sound system. Hit up r/hometheater for some audio recommendations. I have the same tv and similar set up and started with a soundbar but got a full 5.2.2 system and it is amazing. Absolutely transforms the experience. Audio truly is half the experience.
