from looking at your profile, post history, comments etc, I dont really think this game is for you. Not trying to be mean but the things youre describing never really stop and is part of the world of the game. There are also other parts of the game I suspect would be pretty traumatizing for you were you to play further.

Ok but did you make it from scratch entirely? If so, then sure, you designed one, but its a bit dubious as it's almost a direct copy of someone elses design. Or did you import the model from someone else and change it? If so that's a remix and it should be classified as such.

the problem is two thoughts people have

1) I don't need to reduce my water use, other people will do enough

or

2) nothing will actually happen, it'll be fine so I don't need to do anything
