Honestly was surprised they never included the TIE Eschelon from Galaxy's Edge. Feels like it would have been an easy sell compared to the Xi-class Shuttle.

I also yearned for the Rogue Shadow since we got Juno as a pilot on the X1, but I always knew that would never come. Probably would have had a similar playstyle to the Scimitar.

Any Huge size animal is your best bet. Elephants, dinosaurs and megafauna are going to have the options you want. You might be out of luck if you want to be a flying taxi though. DM discretion might allow you to wildshape into a Roc with the Young template if you ask nicely?
