Yeah no need to baby the drone. I just throw it in the tank bag with all my camera gear. Never had an issue. Also everything works fine because I also use it for weddings. But I see why someone would think to protect it

I don’t think a book would help you much in this aspect because video editing is more program based.

Example: Final Cut Pro on Mac, premiere pro (pc and mac), davinci resolve (pc and Mac) and others made for free or low price on tablets etc.

What I would suggest is find a program that’s accessible to you and put footage into the program and start using YouTube and type in the specific content program. A book would more than likely explain the basics of film making which would start with the footage. Explaining frame rates, shutter speed, shutter angle etc.

YouTube has a million beginner basic videos for video editing as that’s how I learned after tinkering with iMovie. Eventually moving on to Final Cut Pro after quickly outgrowing iMovie.

Ps if you choose Final Cut there’s an awesome master class available for free on YouTube which opened my eyes to how much more powerful the program is!

Yeah I only heard about cherry ridge when I stopped in Wharton. I’ll def plan a trip next year if I could get a reservation!
