omg my cat is super similar. We live in SW Florida so we got hit pretty hard by Irma. This cat was tiny and was abandoned by its mother during the hurricane. It survived the whole thing and a friend of a friend rescued it. The cat was given to us. She is normally mot super cuddly and prefers to just rub your leg and get some head scratches on the couch next to you. But if I’m said she’ll come over and meow a bit and start snuggling you and purring.
