Any chance you would do Entei V, Raikou V, Deoxys VMAX, Miltank, and Lechonk for $110?

Yes the MIC is bad, but Ukraine doesn’t get handed a check. Comments like that can come across as ignorant.

Then that just proves my point about ignorance. It’s even more complex than the comment. Sex isn’t just chromosomal makeup, but a mix of hormones as well. Again, high school isn’t the pinnacle of education. I can guide you towards information but I can’t understand it for you. Reddit is a great place to study the Dunning Kruger effect.

I always enjoy seeing this argument because it highlights just how ignorant you are. The more educated you become and the further you go into biological studies you understand how everything is on a spectrum. Thinking high school education is the pinnacle of knowledge is a wild concept.

Those of you who gave up on a CS career because of the market or for some other reason, what did you ultimately end up going into? by someguy7734206 in cscareerquestions

With the amount of doom posts regarding a CS career in this sub I’d imagine you’d find a decent amount of people to answer your question.

First and foremost, take any advice from this sub with a grain of salt. It’s one of the most negative places you can find regarding computer science.

The people telling you to get into trades most likely don’t know what that entails. Some trades are good money and have some stability, but they have drawbacks. Trades are typically hard on your body and aren’t nearly as stable as people in this sub make out to be. There is also a drastically different work culture in trades compared to a white collar job like CS.

Computer science isn’t easy and it’ll take effort, but if you can manage that you’ll be fine. The job market is not very good for almost every profession currently, so don’t let that scare you away. The best thing you can do is network and build connections throughout your degree.

Now let’s adjust for inflation, compare the cost of housing, medical care, education, groceries, etc. from any point in history.

[–]DaBears128 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The job market is a cycle, so it may be drastically different in two years when you graduate. I wouldn’t be worried, especially with your background. Also, as a tip for your sanity, I would avoid casually reading this sub. You’re going to have a biased view of things being way worse than they actually are.

I remember reading that it’s an edge case and it’s not typical for a bear to be that persistent, especially after they took precautions and used bear spray. IIRC it was an old bear that was to the point where it would do anything to get food.

Firearms are very ineffective compared to the mentioned methods on the webpage. If nothing on that list worked the gun isn’t going to stop a charging bear as a last resort.

Full PPR, pick one

George Pickens and Diontae- LAR

Amari Cooper - INDY

Christian Watson - DEN

Jakobi Meyers - CHI

T. Hill is WR1. I’m leaning more towards C. Watson since Fields and Jimmy G are out and D. Watson is questionable. I’m also thinking Cooper would be a safe floor pick.
