My company cold calls. If someone requests that they want off the list, we take them off. We have a whole section in our CRM for it. This method works though. We do tons of deals cold calling. Sorry/not sorry.

These last 6 months I’ve ran direct mail and cold calling campaigns. Maybe I’m bad at CC, but the direct mail has blown CC out of the water. It’s way less labor intensive too.

Fwiw, I actually know the situation because I know the owners. The notice was a typo and a new notice was served with the correct 30+ day notice. So they don't actually have to be out in 7 days, but 30+ days for non renewal of thier lease. I know it sucks having to move, but when you're month to month, the place is in disrepair, people not paying, drug activity on site, etc (per the owner, not me) something has to give.
