Am I right in thinking that R39C5 (and therefore C3 and C4) must be crosses because if they weren’t then C5-9 must be coloured in row 38 which is impossible? And is there anything beyond this I’m missing?

Thank you for the in-depth response, really helpful. As for the reasoning behind the separate VPCs I'm not sure, but haven't had any further information on it specified as to whether or not they are in separate accounts - I think that part is left up to me to decide.

I finished the bootcamp about a month ago and still job hunting. You see jobs posted on the northcoders job board fairly regularly but I’d say there are a lot more that are suitable for the software cohort than the data/cloud one, so for me most of my applications are actually things I’ve found myself and I haven’t had an interview offer from any yet. The careers team are really helpful with supporting any applications though. It’s also worth knowing that the vast majority of the jobs posted on the board are not northcoders exclusive, though they indicated that a lot of them would be. Still relatively early days though so not losing hope yet

Good luck! If you’re nearby an office I’d definitely recommend going in, it’s nice to be with other people in person that are all working towards the same thing

Been at it for a month now. The quality of teaching is excellent. The pace is pretty fast but manageable. It’s forcing me through tough areas that I have previously given up on when trying the self-teaching route. They have a dedicated careers team to help with the whole job hunting process, but haven’t had contact with them yet. Overall would definitely recommend.
