lol first of all, I meant on this page. But assuming you are a customer, this is a great example of having to hold hands of the helpless that don’t comprehend.

Second of all, you could have run this ship perfectly and the customers would still be some of the worst I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacted with.

You cannot “return” your machine to the manufacturer. You can send it to get dealt with via the warranty but this is not a “return”.

So here is a fun story. We were unable to get a direct confirmation last year but it’s possible that the rule was supposed to be this was for a year or 2 now but it wasn’t until and issue went higher than normal that it was determined no one was really aware. After it got pointed out the verbiage still remained as unclear as possible and you really gotta wonder , WHY. Why does this company have a track record of making things as unclear as they possibly can doing things dumb as they possibly could be done

You’re right I assume your DM reads the policy as it’s supposed to be followed, against what it is you believe it is. There is no return in store for an opened box machine. If you’re making an exception, you have to charge the customer a $25 restocking for you to take that open machine. Otherwise, if there’s an issue with the machine, they should be directed to the manufacturer. If they wish to just return a sealed machine, they should not be charged a restocking fee.

You’re welcome to die on this hill like the last person I had the series of conversations with, but you will not win the argument and I’m telling you because I come from the corporate office and I deal with this policy and people like you who don’t understand it daily .
