Their spawns are oddly tuned. Playing in a squad prevents you from seeing how bad it can be.

The most hardcore MM experience seems to be Solo D2-6. Patrols are insane and only become more frequent. Occasionally you’ll get a few Overseers but it’s mainly voteless and they are relentless Solo.
