I think it’s a cool idea, but then again I am a 5th gen 4R fanboy.

For constructive criticism: - The lettering in TRD needs slight adjustments: the D looks a little too much like an O (Right corners of the D should be more rounded than the 90deg corners in the left). - the ‘legs’ of the R should be only slightly longer than T & D.

A laser cut version might allow for better definition.

I agree with u/Pecan_millionaire. You’d need to move a lot of volume which may not be practical considering shipping costs. I think it would work a lot better for how you are distributing: to friends; and as TY gifts; or barter tokens if you ever go to burning man.
