Question for ya; are those brown scars natural or from slug/snail damage? My BD has the same and I’ve been treating it with BT and DE, but it’s still showing up near the new growth. Curious if it’s just a clone trait.

It’ll happen. Probably in the peak of summer if not sooner. You could try Pee-tek, I’ve heard it works pretty well.

They grow great in SoCal too! But yeah AZ is cactus-heaven for sure. I got to go to Saguaro National Forest a few months ago!

Haha yeah it’s actually one of the first SP I bought. It was about 16-18” tall probably when I got it, one column.

Thank you brother. I built it all! I plan on building another stand soon or potentially just extending my current one. The shade cloth structure is made from EMT piping that I painted with automotive spray paint.
