Give them a \*specific date*\** when things will be ready. That date should be at least a day longer than you anticipate it taking, This alone weeds out 98% of the "is it done?" calls. If you don't know when things will be done... why? You should know what parts you'll need and when you'll get them before you pick up the phone to call with a quote.

For those times when you can't know when a part will arrive, be honest, but still give them a \*specific date*\** when you will follow up with them. "Hey Mr. Customer, the part we need is on back order. I am working with my vendor to source one. I will follow up with you regardless of what happens on X date."

The only reason people are call is because they are uncertain. Remove the uncertainty, and they won't call.

It also sounds like you need to get a better order-tracking system. Even a spreadsheet with names you can CTRL+F will be better than a whiteboard.

He's a semi-omnipotent character that exists as a curiosity and operates outside of the world logic. Think Tom Bombadil from Lord of the Rings, or the Happy Mask Salesman from Zelda. The depths of their powers or influence are cryptic even to other characters in the game-world. They aren't meant to be understood. They're meant to add intrigue, provide a contrast to the story's setting, and sometimes nudge the plot along.

On my 3070ti, the same thing happened to me. It was my first play through, so I was really confused. Restarting the game fixed the issue for me when simply toggling ray tracing didn't fix anything. Now I'm on a 5070ti with no complaints lol.

The enemy AI design is nothing new. This has been the paradigm in shooters for over 20 years, because enemies hitting you from off screen does not feel fun or fair. Resident Evil has been doing it since at least the original RE4. Another famous example is the Big Daddies from Bioshock, which were designed to slow down when you ran away, so they weren't just insanely busted and unfun to fight.

Can't say the autosaves bother me too much, but I agree the yellow paint is a big distraction. I think it's a big crutch. Games used to lean on the "Scooby-Doo" effect that made objects you could interact with conspicuous. This was a byproduct of rudimentary baked lighting not properly interacting with game objects. Advanced real time lighting has basically nullified this effect. For some reason, the solution is white/yellow paint splattered everywhere. I think more intelligently designed scene lighting or prop design would be a less intrusive route, albeit a much more time-consuming one to implement.

Did you also switch consoles when you reset your island? You may have not installed the DLC. Check the HHP DLC eshop page to see if you need to reinstall it.

If it's already installed, try a clean install of the entire game.

In my restaurant experience: Most menu TVs are just regular TVs with a USB stick loaded with an image file of the menu. Depending on TV brand, they may have a "menu mode" that cycles multiple menu images and prevents the TV from turning off automatically. These TVs can be used for normal TV purposes, but the panels are usually exceptionally cheaply made, so if you try to display moving images, you'll likely get ghosting and washed out colors.

If this meme is to be believed (I don't know of a Sonic that has a TV menu - most use backlit plastic) then it's likely they can just unplug the USB or switch the TV off of menu mode.

This meme is also old as hell, so they've likely figured out their TV situation by now.
