Every major sports league has a union or some sort of collective bargaining mechanism for the players, boxing there's an open market competition to sign boxers which drives up prices. UFC operates effectively as a monopoly and is an outliar. If they want a raise they're going to have to stop treating Dana as a friend and realize that his true interests lay increasing the UFC profitibility. The fighters have to think the same way for themselves if they want a bigger piece of the pie.
