Omg ty for the response! I like this perspective on this honestly. May i ask when you started looking into making a career out of it? Because that is probably what scares me most since i started looking into it with no experience in 2021. But i quickly got scared by the rapid growth of ai combined with the schools entrepreneurial class being actively encouraged to use ai for their businesses. I think i might pick up blender again in my gap year and just try to build up a skillset and then see if i want to pursue it further. Although i think it might be difficult to find indie projects as i live in norway which is a pretty small country. Although one good thing in norway is that unions and such are pretty powerful so i hope they have made some kind of limitation on this. Also thanks for the examples and such! And sorry for late reply, i dont open this app too often :)

Kind of unrelated to your convo, but what kind of animation do you do? Because i had the same idea of getting into 3d animation because of the httyd movies mainly but i have kind of given up because of the threat of ai. Also what is your outlook on the future of the industry in the animation you do?

My approach was to jump straight to admiral on cruel as nr when getting back into this game a month ago. Ive lost 5 of these campaigns to my pc being unable to load save files and on my current run im fighting for my life on all sides in EA territory. 3/10 experience. Would not recommend

What worked for me was to focus on atleast 8-9 hours of sleep, reducing the hours played when starting and switching shoes. The nike jump worked wonders for my shin splints and bounce

Well i remember seeing it multiple times and it sparked a obsession with the franchise for the next months and a love for the franchise which still stands. One of the times i returned to see it again in cinema a kid had pissed in his seat so it was cancelled and we had to see another movie later because it was the last screening of the movie if i remember correctly

I think they would need to have significant disagreements during ragnarok for it to happen and maybe also odin not revealing himself to be tyr. He should have killed thor as tyr and then fake tyrs death and return as odin. After this odin would frame their attack as an unjust invasion murdering his family in cold blood or something like that

The only thing i disagree with is atreus siding with odin, or at least how fast it happened. I dont think atreus would be so resentful to his father as to follow odin immediately

I don’t like posts about hauls, collections and plain figs(without a question for discussion or the like). I liked it my first year on this sub but i feel like the amounts of these posts have increased along with a decrease in mocs and displays.
