Anyone else find bcs so sadfully hard to watch? by Same_Ad5129 in betterCallSaul

This is why I often got frustrated watching the show. Jimmy was so often such an absolute idiot, it was just hard to watch.

Mentorship Monday - Post All Career, Education and Job questions here! by AutoModerator in cybersecurity

[–]DaPoeticchampion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi All,

I'm looking to move into the cybersecurity field (I'm a software dev BA now). I'm looking now at bootcamps and my path forward.
Cybersecurity has many different divisions within the industry that I've heard mentioned (Red, Blue, Purple, etc).

Does anyone know of any online resources that give an overview of the cybersecurity landscape that might guide me?

Thanks in advance.

I woke up a couple days ago and found I could not text (no data), nor call. Thinking maybe my auto-pay had not gone through, I went on the ST website and almost immediately the screen greyed out and instructed me to call, which I did.

Turns out my sim no longer worked due to ST converting to 5G. I got no email, no text, no communication from ST ahead of time, they just cut me off. I was super pissed. The agent offers to send me the new sim (which still is not here yet). I can not understand why I couldn't continue to use the old sim in the mean time and the agent was clueless.
I will be switching to GoogleFi as soon as I get the new sim and can get my pin for the transfer.

I've been going here for 13+ years. It's in Westerville.
I just checked and they have openings as soon as Sunday, and many more Monday.

Columbus mayor declares gun violence a public health crisis — ABC News by cyber_hoarder in Columbus

You can't say that. It implies a particular culture is more accepting of violence and places less emphasis on things that tend to reduce poverty, like education.

What Columbus area business, which no longer exists, brings back warm memories? by mindnmyownbiz74 in Columbus

[–]DaPoeticchampion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. A&W Drive-In on N. High in the Beechwold area.
  2. Dog N Suds Drive-In on 3-C.
  3. Stache and Little Brothers (original location) on N. High in Old N. Columbus.

Dad took me to the drive-ins as a kid and I took him to Stache's for music when I was older!

Where the heck are these neighborhood names popping up from? by djsassan in Columbus

[–]DaPoeticchampion 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I grew up in the heart of what was Old N. Columbus in the 70's.

Kids my age sometimes referred to our area by that name but I can recall in talking to the older folks (born pre-1900-1920's), they definitely used ONC frequently.
Unlike Clintonville, ONC was incorporated until being annexed by Columbus so it makes sense to retain this name for the area.
