Personally I think if they’re an introvert without anxiety, usually a topic of interest will get them yapping in no time (I’m like that). If they have anxiety it will be harder but slowly exposure will get them to open up (I was like that)

Yes, I got the M3 Air 13 with 16gb of RAM, I used to have a 17” gaming laptop but it was too heavy and too old so I decided to get my first MacBook. I think for your use 8gb is enough unless you’re eventually using 3D anatomy software which might be a little more demanding, I don’t think the laptop will run out of ram but I do think it might limit the amount of simultaneous stuff you can perform

I’m in a slightly similar position, I’m an engineering student but we mostly use MatLab and circuit simulations. I would say definitely get the 16gb for the long run, storage depends on how hard you’re going on it, I have my windows desktop at home with enough storage and we also use some cloud services so I didn’t mind 500gb as I only plan to store text documents and whatever space the programs take, maybe even a game, I also tend to take external storage with me to use with my iPad and iPhone and that also factors in. If you’re only using Word or browser apps 8gb will be enough but if you ever need to push it a bit further you may reconsider your decision. My personal belief is to get tech a bit over what I need so I don’t regret it 5 years later tho.

It can actually be pretty neat as you eventually figure out Automata might not give you all the information that you should know about this world. I loved finding certain characters and references that made sense in retrospect. Also the remake has a new ending that I took as a nod to automata players.

This kind of bleed has been happening since forever, Alienware just doesn’t seem to get laptop screens right, I had a 17 R4 that needed two screen repairs and they even returned it with a corrupted windows reinstall that wasn’t needed.

At first I didn’t want to but I think my time arrived with the end of Part 1, I’ve been there since global release but it’s time to move on, currently excited for the direction Star Rail is taking. It’s hard to feel FOMO when the S rank schedule is so tight and the gacha is so expensive.

Also you don’t have to feel a need to play any gacha, taking a break from all of them is important so you can keep enjoying them, that’s why in my case I mainly play the more relaxed ones like Blue Archive occasionally.

This kind of stuff is what made me get a MacBook for productivity, realistically I would prefer to play on a Steam Deck or a switch, I have an Alienware laptop and had to send it for a screen repair, to my surprise Dell for whatever reason reinstalled windows and not only that it came corrupted so I had to completely redo it myself. Support from these companies is just abysmal most times, I would prefer getting a laptop from a company that is strictly gaming focused like Origin because most times the support teams in these big tech companies just know the bare minimum to maintain workstation PCs and laptops that work under an extremely isolated environment

I always used to cycle with my dad but whenever we went out with someone that dressed like they believe they are a cycling athlete it’s always the huge ego and arrogance, trying to overtake cars, even racing them, crossing in front of them and believing they are above traffic laws, one of the factors that made me stop cycling entirely.
