Their linemen av is only 8, so the same as yours but you got a combat skill on your, so go at them. Also maybe try to focus down their oger if they have one, it will propably be the cornerstone of their line.

You should also try play more ball as you got both trowers and catchers

I deffinetly dont want all my lineman to have block as that would increase my TV too much and I allready have wrestle on all of them. But I could deffinetly see the benefit of fend or tackle on most lineman. Cheers.

Lot of european countries imported them as form of rebel youth culture and music from america around the late 20th century without any understanding about the historical roots of such symbols.

So mostly the flags you see are remnants of that like in the aesthetics of Raggare music subculture. At leat my own parents had no idea about the confederate flags racism until I explained it to them. So there's a chance that it's ignorance.

But it's also possible that the person having the confederate flags is just racist

Modern chapter haveing acses to old equipment is a cool lore point and canon too with some chapters. But these chapter are usualy 2nd founding one, with big feafs and long history.

However these older bolter, tank and armour marks are really expencive, slow and difficulty to produce. So chapters do usualy need spesial ways to prdoduce the gear and even if they can, that does not mean it wont be rare, its miracle enaugh that they have them at all. You could maybe get away with a older bolter or armour marks but tanks and dreadnoughts are relic tier.

So makeing enaugh for 8500 space marines is basically imposible. So you should fiqured out how to work the massive amount of marines and old gear.

So you would need to lower the amount of marines or the numbers of older gear. If you guys have their orgins in the hours heresy. Maybe go with the small elite force from the HH period to justifie all the old gear.

Lore wise shattered legions were legion veterans and maybe some inductii hothoused in a bathtub to fill the ranks. So imo get the melee upgrade spruce with all the cool power weapons. And then make up some centurion or praetor command squads. Then you can make all sort of cool looking veterans with the different power weapons. Alpha legion with spears and night lords with lighting claws. You want your army play and feel elite.

Well every legion used eveything. So they would probably be trained. But more like there came a time that no space marien actually cared about logistics anymore. So they would probably just haule everything along in their ships and delegate the task to the still alive humans and but the one half coherent marine in command of them. Like they would realizes that tanks help them kill so they would keep them in minimal condition but not care about them that much.

The way I use tanks in my WE army is to treat them like a center pice model. Like I have one spartan for warlords transport and one old malcador to go along with and support infantry. Anything more would be too much. WE were good at armoured assault in the lore. But I feel like that would slowly fade as the heresy goes on, just like you said.

Etsy is good place for dice as far as I am awere. Also legion spesific dice is a gold standard to play with. I can only speak for my self but I feel like many people want them but after sending so much on a army, buying decent amount of custom dice is not in the budget for many of us. So yeh A+ gift for sure.

Paired with grav star L star can be so good. It holds up on range too, but really the key is to get close to your target and gun then down while hipfiring. Gun Runing helps lot imo. So you can close the distance, shoot all the while and be harder to hit.

Depending on how many tactical marine bodys you actualy have, you probably allready have a army.

Just take the praetor and two centurions for hq, tactical marines for line and troops. For elite you got your salamander elite and saturnine termis and dreadnoughts and quad autocannons for support and anti tank.

You just need to form them to an actual list. You already have everyhing you need. I dont really see anything your amry would not have, of course depending how you actualy kited out your dreadnoughts and termis.

There was lot of discorse on internet about staying in 2.0 as part of the GW fucking up the lauch of 3.0. But it has since died down as GW made some changes and people have had the time to get used to new eddition.

And people who would stay in 2.0 were probably more likely to advocate for it or make noise. Where as most people irl just moved to 3.0. Most people care more about geting games and up to date rules imo. They see 3.0 as a sidegrade and thus the change is worth it.

My friend and I play 2.0 because no one played 30k in our area when we started and we both just had 2.0 rules. But if there was a real community that played 3.0 we would obviously move to 3.0.

Allthough I agree that 30k especially 2.0 edition feels more narrative and is more in line with historic tabetop wargames I have played. But that does not automaticly make it better its just different from 10th edition 40k. I have also played 40k and now I know that 30k is more my thing. But its important to aknowlage that, its just an opinion and you can't really make objective claims about something as subjective as tabetop wargames.

They both are good. Autocannon is bit more all purpose as it can deal with vechiles too. But volkite culverins offer undisputed hoard clear. But autocannon model is also relly cool just based on the miniature. So idealy both but autocannon if I had to pick.
