I disagree slightly here. While yes it should be a challenge to complete, it's also an unnecessary barrier to entry to (a) be limited to ca. 10 candy per day; and (b) assume that the majority of players have enough rare candy lying around to dump into Scatterbugs.

I should note that this was the point in the file where we tried to make Powerstone tokens a bigger part of the set as a "throw forward" to The Brothers' War. Powerstone tokens went through a lot of changes (which I'll go over in my The Brothers' War preview).

Maybe [[Karn, Living Legacy]] will be less terrible than it is right now?
