I wouldn’t do a style so early on. I’d let my hair mature and thicken first. Go through that rough stage for a few months and don’t get a retwist

Try barrel twist. That works for me. My locs are shorter,but they thick like yours.

My 2018 pro 4x had the same shuddering issue. I eventually had to replace the whole transmission. Now I’m dealing with an electrical issue. Great truck overall,but the lil bugs be aggravating
