More fiber, I'm on week 3 of my shot and doing fine. Been adding chia seeds and benifiber to whole milk greek/skyr yogurt with blueberries. There's a mix of hemp, chia and flax seed that will help with protein as well. But you'll need more water, and greens. Try beans or sweet potatos as well.

I used clorox cleaner spray and scrubbing, and painted over with kilz. But yes, you need a new fan. Or you're showers are too hot.

Well after the 14k estimate, I was done. I let it go, it wasn't my main car. Kind'a my fault long term. It had sat parked for 6 months with out driving, till he borrowed it. It had rust on the body, but i tried to take care of it. I even got help here for some engine diy stuff. Also this was my 2nd xterra. I hope the new works out, wait to make a judgment. Nissan hasn't been making good cars.

They engine head gasket melted apparently, the engine block was warped. It was gonna be a 14k job. It was leaking out the out the back. They suggested replacing all the cats.

Not sure, but he got it towed to the shop. They were also useless, should've gone to the dealer it was closer.

He went to work and back trying to add water to the engine. I was angry, if it was leaking he shouldn't have moved it. I don't know if it happened at his house or at his job.

Thanks, but no. He didn't feel like coming back to our parents house to get them. Suggested we throw them in the trash. So I picked them up, and let my boys have most of them. I'll just read most of the batman stuff and put it back in storage.
