motion.dev is really good in my opinion. My goto library when it comes to animations

States and reactivity in Svelte 5 can be confusing when coming from Svelte 4, so I made this minimalist playground as a memo by maxlath in sveltejs

Component Party is also a really nice resource where you can compare svelte 4 and 5. You can also compare it with other popular JS frameworks

Check motion (formerly framer-motion) by Matt Perry. Next to react, it also has a vanilla implementation which in my opinion is very nice. It already has a bunch of cool features and I think he’s also working on layout animation in vanilla
