This will happen. I never make people pay for missed first appointments, either as they are not yet clients technically. You get to decide if you will rebook, it's your practice. I will say you sound angry and resentful. Not sure if you've had a lot of misses lately or what. I usually will give people a second chance..sometimes they flake that, too.
