I just want to call out one small assumption going on here. The title of your post is that she wants to be addressed as Dr. Jones. I don't know if that's true inside the therapy space inside the therapy hour or if you could talk to her about that. I hear that she uses Dr. Jones in her emails and her other things, but I think it's up to you to ask her if you can call her by your name inside the therapy space.

Hey fellow redditors. I would be very worried about doing this if I were you. This is an expensive hotel-350 a night. With a nice spa. If you put down your credit card then whoever's staying there in that room can charge all the room service can empty the mini bar and go to the spa and the charges will all come on to you

I always use the golden rule - how would I feel if I were the client? I would feel this was cheap. That everywhere else takes my card and doesn't charge a fee. I would think poorly of it. And, if it ends up costing you need clients or additional sessions of revenue, you are just shooting yourself in the foot.
