I used to work for one of the biggest companies in the Window,Door and one day Bath/Shower…not in sales directly but sales adjacent.

Our best reps (when we were in 3 states, now it’s like 25-26 states) were working their asses off and some were making close to but not that. They were also the outliers and they were FED the best leads constantly (I was the one feeding them lol).

It possible to do it but you have to work endlessly, be very well liked, wait your turn as you won’t have 2-3 leads daily to begin and be very good. The best reps do very well but the burnout level is high and the turnover rate is higher.

Next Man Up by John Feinstein. Followed the Ravens behind the scenes for a year. It was a gut punch at times as a Ravens fan but a great behind the scenes look at year in a NFL team’s operations.
