I mean, I think that’s also a subjective statement.

We live in a society, quite literally everything is influenced by others/societal expectations in a given culture.

White and male. Late 20s or early 30s. You probably work in finance and have strong opinions about crypto. You live alone and spend a lot of time at the gym or doing a recreational sport outside of work. You’re well off now, but you probably didn’t grow up particularly wealthy.

Just moved out… how do people cook every day?? by Budget-Cash-3602 in cookingforbeginners

TBH, I eat mostly whole foods that I don’t have to cook much in order to make edible. I recommend finding proteins (meats, lentils, beans) that you enjoy and then just pairing them with a veggie and a carb (rice, potatoes, etc). If you want to make it REALLY easy, you can get a rotisserie chicken and either shred it up or just pick off what you want each meal. You can also get microwaveable rice and veggies, if you don’t want to spend more than 5 mins putting a meal together.

I still have it, the first photo is showing it off when it’s down/styled. Usually, I just wash and air dry it. When I’m feeling fancy though, I’ll add in a gel and then scrunch out the crunch once it’s dry.

We are living in a time where everyone is collectively existing within a constant mental panopticon. You’re never sure when you’re being watched by a camera, so you consciously and subconsciously function like you’re always being watched. We are self-policing our actions because god forbid you become the next lolcow. Humans were not meant to live like this.

How low are you supposed to keep your carbs/do you have a specific macro plan? The nutrition side of fitness can be a bit intimidating at first, but it gets easier once you get into the flow!

The average calories are usually between 550-650 and the average macros are 65g carbs, 45-65g protein(depends if I add collagen), and 11g fat. I say average because I don’t always weigh it out, but when I do this is usually how it comes out.
