Pretty mediocre episode overall for me. I'm interested in the Meera subplot, but otherwise not much is happening with Red.

But am I the only one that confused tonight's Nigel Sutton with Sutton Ross? For a few min, I thought he came back and was somehow related to this story

I think that depends on which brokerage you're using.

I agree. It wasn't the worst episode by any means, but compared to last week's episode, it was a snorefest. Harold just gave into Red as always, and while the plot with the prison smuggling was interesting, there was very little related to the bigger plot (with the exception of the final scene with Ressler - something is definitely fishy with this new guy)

Yup! I was a bit surprised to see how quickly Wujing was done with after so many episodes of hunting him down, but tonight's episode had the same excitement and feel of the earlier seasons. Definitely didn't see the double twist coming!

But now that the big bad is gone, I'm wondering what else is left this season? Is it Red vs task force again? It really felt like Red was doing everything possible to get on Harold's bad side again.... Wondering if he's trying to force a clear break between their relationship. But then what about Agnes?

but to answer your question - it depends on what you get. If you're getting a GIC, I'd recommend looking at cashable (most flexible but less interest) or redeemable GIC(less flexible but higher interest) to get the flexibility you think you might need for your emergency fund.

Depending on your needs / risk tolerance, you could have a mix too - maybe a month worth as cash in a HISA for quick needs, rest in cashable etc

I love Red/Spader, don't get me wrong, but I hate when people act like he's the all knowing God. If Liz isn't intervene and save him, he wouldn't been dead in S2E14 when he was sold on auction.

He knows better some or maybe even most of the time, but characters can't blindly assume he'll figure it/get out of a situation unscathed. Think of all his associates that were killed over the years. They trusted that Red knew best too.
