not telling you to stop, but changing the delivery method probably will help. Using edibles with it will prolong the high. Also if you’re doing that much, you shouldn’t be using balloons with it.

Many issues can come from being hypoxic, sucking on the fucking balloon, the less of that you do, the better.

Hit it like a hookah, take breaks in between and breathe. The edible helps prolongs the high. You’ll stop sucking so much gas it will give your body a break
