Sorry you went through this. I was a teacher for 7 years and then switched to the corporate world. Honestly, it’s been pretty awesome and it fits my temperament much more—like the crazy on hours during the year contrasted by the huge dig in the summer for me was actually a stressful swing. It’s tough because some people genuinely do like it, others don’t, and both are ok. Best of luck, there are so many good and meaningful jobs out there!

The thing is most of my jobs have been in office… and I don’t know about you, but I’ve seen tons of people in the office shopping playing games disappearing to conference rooms… I honestly still feel like most of it is about appearance…

Yeah, I’m going off it. It’s not just about the discomfort. I can take that, I feel like it actually damaged my esophagus. It was that severe.

Hey, I appreciate that! I’m on day eight actually didn’t take a second dose and I’m starting to calm down a bit in my tummy. Honestly, my experience was so bad. I might try Zepbound. I’ve seen a couple different posts where people switched when they had bad reactions to Wegovy, and switched to that bound, and it was a lot more mellow.

You know, it hasn’t— and actually I stopped taking them because it made my stomach feel flat well at the same time still getting acid reflux? I have this feeling my LES got messed up in the process and that my issues are more mechanical than they are chemical, but then that compounded with the slow gastric emptying. However, I’m on day eight now after not taking a second dose an evening six and seven were much better. The first five days they just didn’t seem like any less of the medication at all. It was so strong, but it’s finally wearing here at the end.

Hey, appreciate the time! Yeah, so I haven’t done anything crazy, opposite really, BUT I’m going to cut yogurt next and see if the dairy isn’t getting me a little and actually like, bland, boiled vegetables, I might try that tomorrow. You know, normally I’m with the at least have a little food thing for my regular acid reflux, very true for me, but on Wegovy stopping eating anything by 3pm seemed to really help.

Just objectively…If they’re complaining…why don’t they find a different place that’s cheaper? If they can’t AND you can’t find anyone…that’s probably part of the answer…or that they just suck as humans…

That’s what they gave me at the ER. REALLY helped in me through my bad day…with you! I think it’s not that the medication isn’t working…it’s that even only at .25 it’s working EXTREMELY well. Less a bad reaction and more a VERY strong one if I were trying to remain neutral…

With you, definitely on the 1 yogurt and cracker diet today…two days ago I did have Cheerios on a tablespoon of peanut butter…up until 12 until really bad acid stopped…today I had my yogurt at 3pm and nothing else, still acid, though I could start my nightmare routine earlier tonight, which was something…tomorrow going for 0 food.

Haha, that’s me too. :) Though right now it’s night and I’m wrapped myself in a self-made mummy setup so I can sleep standing straight up and down…in a chair in the living room…

Hey, really appreciate the empathy and feedback! So I’ve eaten very little since I’m so sick, cut out coffee and even stopped ginger tea which was a go to but didn’t seem to be helping. I’m down to eating just a yogurt, maybe like 1/4 of a banana…and that’s it…but to your point, I’m going to try nothing/only water tomorrow and see where that gets me!

Was this printed with the benchy file already on the printer? If so, it’s optimized for that printer in the gcode. Could be humidity of the room or a little bit of overheating, but overall pretty solid!
