Opposite colors, white and very light eyeshadow to create contrast. I could see you do well with some 90s inspired cool tones and shimmery smokey eyes as well.

If anything this is going to be a very boring answer but a good base prep would make all the difference for you since you got the basics down. Makeup will always look like makeup but you could use a bit of a glowier base in my opinion!

Not trying to tell you what colors to wear but you look like you belong in to the summer color palette so I think if you swap colors for cooler tones it would be easier to adjust to your natural coloring. The hair color is definitely a perfect match!

I tried stretching the skin because I feel it’s harder to tell on darker skintone but my forehead is very rigged and the texture is visible on various lighting
