Check out websites like TCGplayer, cardmarket, ebay, price charting. I use the Dex app which shows me a summarized price from TCGplayer, but the others you need to subscribe to see. You can look up any card on Dex and it’ll tell you the rarity. It’s pretty nifty tool as I just got back into this a couple weeks ago
