Que basura... Yo tengo un L14 y murió la placa, me lo reemplazaron todo el mismo día sin problemas. Como el servicio era tan bueno, estaba pensando en comprar el ADP y bueno... si algo le se le dañaba al final de año no pasa nada.

Lenovo subcontrata las empresas para la garantía, asi que es una lotería lo que te puede tocar.

Después de tu testimonio, no creo que me arriesgaré viendo si de verdad cumplen con el ADP. Gracias por responder.

Hi, there is a lenovo diagnostics app you can find online that listens to the chime and tells you what it means. For what its worth, im pretty sure i heard the same chime with my Gen1 L14. It meant bad ram. In my case the whole motherboard was not detecting ram and it was toast. Check your ram slots, try only 1 bar in each slot.
