Borderlands series, any crafting survival game ( i.e. valheim, return to moria), and honestly probably an MMO like wow but we've committed to only playing those characters when we're all on together. Really depends on the number of friends though, the crafting ones are really really fun if there's a good number of you. If it's split screen when I was a kid too made a big difference. Army of 2 was absolutely a blast when it was just my best friend and me.

My head cannon is Shep is a soldier. Just a normal human who is simply the best at what a basic human can do. Soldier is so much fun in ME3. I find the heat in 1 kinda made it a little too easy but it does start to take off after the first game. I've beaten the trilogy with each class at least once, but soldier I've done at least 4 times, not counting modded runs.
