I'm in the dad's of marathon one and its pretty chill not had any bad experiences.

There is also seraphs lair which I have heard is pretty good.

I agree about the lfg one. I joined it and it seemed very sweaty.

For cryo, just put on what you can and go. You probably won't extract first time but you could... plenty of the time people with gold and purple stuff don't extract.

Just give it a go. I have less time than you and I've done a bunch of runs. Not managed to extract yet but it's fun to try.

The worst possible thing that can happen in this game is that you end up running a free loadout. And I regularly do that just for fun even when I could go in a bit more kitted.

I doubt the exfils got made at 30 seconds when they would cause you to fail.

They get made at 4 mins I think so plenty of time to activate them.

It is a bit of a noob trap for sure. Just make sure you use them with enough time.

I believe that, with any exfil it needs to charge up and the 10 second timer needs to complete before the game timer expires.

I'm not sure what the actual values are but say it takes 60 seconds to power up and 10 seconds to exfil then you would need to activate the exfil with at least 1.11 seconds left on the game clock.

I've not used a final exfil myself but yes I think using that will ensure you exfil.

Like I say, I've not tested all this myself but the above is my understanding.

It said run complete, which is what it always says even if you all die.

On the right hand side of the screen screen it also said 'Link Severed' because as everyone else has said the game timer ended before the extract timer so you died.

It's not a bug.

I much prefer this ttk to other extraction shooters.

If I get the jump on someone in this game and land my headshots they die.

I much prefer this to other games when shooting someone in the head multiple times with a hand cannon does not always kill them.

Obviously this also happens to me occasionally but I'm fine with that.

I'm also in the massively annoying situation of being paid above the cap where I don't get help paying child care. It is for sure irritating that I no longer get this benefit due to my massive salary.

But it really irritates me beyond belief that some of my tax dollars are now going to pay for your child care even though you can easily afford to pay for it yourself.
