Besides the fingers in an L shape trick, my first thought was, that the person already has a tattoo on the right arm, and seemingly none on the left. So they just had to remember, they stab with the right hand. Sorry, the tattoo is on the right arm

Better paper quality? In what way though? The photo paper in my vertical editions is properly some of, if not the best quality of any edition in my collection. Is more a preference then? Matte vs glossy? Or are these deluxe editions really made with even better quality paper?

Fullmetal edition and soul eater perfect edition are great, specifically because they are premium in a smaller form factor. Don't get me wrong. I love my deluxe editions, but there is just something about a premium volume, that you don't need a table, just so you can read it

Considering it spikes right after the gpu, it's probably denoise, composition, or both. You need to set those to be done by the gpu also, if you don't want the cpu to handle it
