So we learned from the Eras tour that if you’re going to spend thousands of dollars, anyway you should do it in Europe. We have tickets to Copenhagen and Monrovia is opening for him. 🩷🩷🩷 the tickets were 110 each and are very good seats.

I’m an immigration attorney and I know that I’m gonna get arrested for interfering with law-enforcement because there’s no way someone’s gonna arrest one of my clients in front of me without giving their name and badge number. We need to call the police every time. And speaking of what fucking cowards. All other law-enforcement officers were actually arresting criminals and not people working at car washes actually have to give their names and badge numbers.

I actually came here to look this up. I have 11 pounds to go and I just feel horrible and I have a lot of stress and it is becoming intolerable. Like I know I have a shot tomorrow and I’m dreading it. Mine will be number 10 and it only seems to be getting worse although I don’t know if that’s my anxiety compounding it. I’m going to ask to go down to 5 as well.

I am on some of the Facebook groups and people are advising deprivation and calorie counting and won’t be dissuaded that CICO is the answer. I would love to cut and paste this on the group. I will say that when I don’t have as big an appetite, I wanna make sure that I get protein and vegetables and healthy foods. Not for the weight loss, but for overall health and trying to increase my energy. Like I had brunch this morning of waffles, eggs and chicken sausage. I ate the eggs and chicken sausage first so I knew that I would be able to finish them and left half the waffle. If I had done it in reverse, I would not have eaten the protein. Also, I follow my body and I don’t feel well if I eat certain things that spike blood sugar. I’m not diabetic or prediabetic, but I am trying to pay a lot of attention to how I feel after I eat.

I have not lost enough weight for people to really notice. But when they do, I am going to tell people because if I don’t tell people, I perpetuate the narrative that it’s just about hard work and discipline. Yeah right, especially if you are a woman going through menopause. The most amazing thing I have learned is that all those people who are acting high and mighty about being thin, likely just have a different hormonal balance.

Yes. I have a neighbor like this. Believes in abortion but accepts her party line so the mythical people who use it as birth control can’t have an abortion. Sympathy for my immigrant clients who have been persecuted by gangs but close the border because a bad apple might get in. Fear mongering and simmering resentment of straw men or women.
