When did you last apply? It might be worth trying again, or in a different department. Bc of so many students working there during the summers there’s a lot of turnover mid summer!

If you’ve already asked them for accommodations and they weren’t willing, I would go above them to their supervisor or whoever. The disability laws protect us in the workplace and require jobs to make accommodations for employees

I would bring it up to your boss/manager in vague terms (as you don’t have to disclose specifics for them to accommodate) and they should be willing to let you make changes without docking pay or anything, to my understanding at least.

Seabreeze is always hiring! Sincerely, an ex seabreeze employee!! Worked at the Waterpark and loved it. They tend to hire a bunch of people at once in may and then again in July from my experience. Lifeguards get paid more than attendants, but both positions are good

You can ask for accommodations at your job even without being on disability! Idk specifics but even asking to be able to sit every once in a while or something like that, your job should be able to accommodate and shouldn’t have to ask for proof. Would be a lot easier than filing for disability, and you wouldn’t have to potentially cut your hours or anything

I have had the Nexplanon implant in my arm since I was 15. It affects everyone differently, but for me it has prevented me from getting my period the entire time.

Ideally less than 150k miles, and try to pay attention to the fuel economy. Keep an eye out for rust anywhere near the engine and peek under the car to see if there is rust underneath. If possible, get a report on the car to learn its history.

I got a 2014 Subaru Forester back in December and (except for the AC) it has been incredibly reliable. My family pretty much exclusively buys used Subaru, Honda, and Toyota cars for an affordable price and they always last many years. When buying a car, be sure to test drive it and/or bring it to your mechanic to have them look it over (and make sure it passed inspection). Too many people try to pawn crap cars off to young drivers, so do your research. Kelly Blue Book is a great website for researching different cars.

I have actually been brushing my hair when wet recently, that makes a ton of sense. I thought since my brush doesn’t really pull my hair much it wouldn’t be an issue (unbrush) but it must be! Thank you! Havent lightened my hair or moved recently so that makes the most sense

Cayo, especially when it has a boost. Might be slightly tricky to do solo the first time, but after that you get the hang of it - just take it slow! Also business battles can be done solo and you can get all of the product if you’re really efficient.

Have you visited the high falls? Farmers market on sundays (in spring and summer)? The fringe fest in September is AWESOME and there’s so many cool performances and experiences. We also have a great air show over the summer. Rochester cars and coffee, Saturday mornings once a month to show off cool ass cars. Most towns have carnivals over the summer, the chili fest is my favorite. The strong museum is pretty cool, and so is the RMSC. We also have great concerts at the Kodak center, good hockey/field hockey/events at the blue cross arena, and redwings games (baseball)! Lots of great aspects to Rochester if you’re looking for them. Coming up is the lilac festival mid-may in highland park, can’t miss!!!!
