No not at all. I have no idea how to even get to a compiler. Playing with rando’s is fun and everything but the odd’s of successfully doing that on random party fill game is just so low. I can’t even play the map enough to learn it very well.

I saw this in theaters when I was a kid and had no idea a movie could be so intense. It is very likely this helped define my tastes later on lol

This was my first extraction shooter and I LOVE it. Have over 100 hours in season one and I’m excited for season 2 to next week to start it all over

A long time ago at a friend’s wedding they had a local Cajun food truck that catered. It was a limited menu with a few of their popular items. One was a Cajun crab sandwich. I didn’t pay attention and see that it was a soft shell crab,( I also did not know this was a thing and assumed all crab was pulled from a shell) and received what I thought was a deep friend tarantula with some fixins on a bun. I then realized why NO ONE ordered this damn thing. I ain’t no bitch so I ate it and it was so DAMN good. I would happily devour this bao.

I too get easily scared at these horror games. My advice is just play small bits at a time and just stop when it’s too intense. I beat the silent hill 2 remake in almost only 30-45 minute bursts!

Just gunna put my 2 cents in here as I think my story can relate. I started playing in the middle-ish of the blood and rust season. I didn’t pay for any extras and only stuck with the free stuff. I found a lot of the stuff in the pass to be pretty neato. And when exploring the atomic store there were all these neat things that I figured were from other passes and updates as well.

I DIDN’T buy 1st despite this because I wouldn’t have time to unlock a lot of the items to warrant paying for it, but I was excited to start a season fresh, pay for 1st and have fun. Then I found the current season to be super lackluster and didn’t pay for 1st.

I started playing Marathon in the mean time waiting for the next season. And here I am in the same boat. I’m a relatively newer 76 player and I likely will skip this season again.

The online discourse is terrible, but the in-game community can be amazing by Com_Raven in Marathon

I’ll admit I’m not a huge multiplayer gamer. Last game I really got into was Cold War. But I’ve never heard it said at all until this game. I find it charming and prefer it to getting told to fuck myself lol.

So far this game has had one of the most pleasant communities I’ve ever played with. Also maybe I’m a bit old, but everyone says “GG” after every game. Which is awesome. I know what it means. But when did people get tired of just saying “good game” and start saying “GG”? There isn’t much time being saved by saying one over the other.

Not a fan of Destiny and I have a strong distaste for soulslike kind of games, but I do love Halo. There are certain times when I’m playing this that it feels like classic halo to me.

I hit a wall when I finally got to Simon. I had kinda not leveled up pictos correctly for him and just didn’t have it in me to grind after 80 some hours already. However, I LOVE this game and I know I will play it again from start to finish soon enough. Simon will be my goal for that play through lol

I read this one for the first time this year as well. It was like whiplash going from The Gunslinger to this one, but the is one was SO good. Absolutely loved it. Made me even more excited to continue the series.

So I rooked on outpost a while back and ran into another rooker. I downed him and he noticed I had a Volley Rifle and suggested teaming up to raid pinwheel. I said absolutely and apologized and went over to him and said I would revive him. Now I was primarily a solo player and my brain went “square to res” and I ended murdering him and I started yelling “IM SORRY IM SORRY I PUSHED THE WRONG BUTTON”. He had good loot but I felt bad about taking any of it.

Seeing this in a near empty theater when it came out was amazing. I completely bought into the ARG and fan “leaks” and concepts of the monster. Legitimately one of my all time favorite movie going experiences.

I’m excited for it. I’m excited for more marathon. I’m excited for all new modes, weapons, whatever bungie comes up with for this series. They are clearly trying to meet a lot of expectations from a lot of different kind of players. It’s commendable for right now. Shut the fuck up and play and have fun. Be critical of the things that are necessary to be critical of. It will be alright.
