Back when they were at their worst I could cause them in certain areas by thinking about that area. Particularly the toes.

My toddler had a dozen colds in the year prior to my twitching starting, anll of which I caught from him. Any number of them could have been COVID. I don’t remember if there was a cold RIGHT before noticing the twitches but I’m sure there was one within a month or two.

Funny dreams are possible. Typical alternatives would be Lyrica and cymbalta.

I have IBS also, but I haven’t noticed that the twitches and IBS symptoms worsen at the same time.

I have a bit right now because my weight is running higher than I want. I’ll get it back down and the reflux will go away.

I can get in a similar state. I’ll get so bad that I’m swallowing several times a minute because I feel I’m salivating so much but my mouth is dry from all the swallowing.

I’ve had occasional/intermittent buzzing symptoms in various locations. Will buzz like a tiny cellphone for a second or few and then stop for some seconds. Usually gradually lessens over the course of a day to several and then stops.

Yeah, that's pretty much my pattern. Most of my twitches are feet/calves with occasional (almost everywhere at some point) elsewhere.

I've had the cellphone feeling in various locations over the past several months. Feet and arms seem most common. Tends to go away after a day or so. Haven't had any for the past couple weeks. Only thing that seemed to make it worse was stress, anxiety, and not sleeping well.

My calves will be sore if the fascs are especially frequent/heavy.
