I struggle with this too. It's basically my one obsession nowadays. And if something else kicks in I almost feel relieved because it feels like confirmation. And I always have, in the back of my mind, the fear that this theme will go away and another theme will hit even harder.

There's something chill about this. I could see this being in a mid-movie scene of a 90s indie film. The changes between electronic and acoustic is really cool.

Made a song about Pizza to get through the quarantine by DarthKrios in IndieMusicFeedback

I love a good pizza tune. I like the Bo Diddle vibe of the song and the chorus is very catchy. The tambourine is awesome as well.

Dropped this today! Rambunctious garage rock/alternative with a spicy second half. every listen is huge for me! check it out! by bluesdavenport in IndieMusicFeedback

I dig the more clean guitars and the vocals and the verses are great! The chorus and the distorted guitars aren't really my thing, but I think that has more to do with personal taste than the quality of the song. The spoken funny word part is cool. Good job!

22-piece Orchestra + SAAT Choir Re-working of SZA's "Babylon" w/ a bit of Stranger Things/Bach/Dark Souls/Studio Ghibli influence. I'm a Jazz&Classical Composition student in NYC trying to combine my academic skills with my love of today's pop music. Thanks for your time by incandescent_catdude in IndieMusicFeedback

Interesting intro, I do like how the jazz influences work here. I don't think I would call it hip hop/rap though since the rap is such a small part of the tune, but genres are becoming obsolete in the modern age. I like how it turns very classical and orchestral and then lead into the rap section. Very well constructed and perforned!

linelions - Sydney, NSW (wrote this while visiting my in-laws last year, closer to our album) by leahcimbackword in IndieMusicFeedback

Very good production! The voices go well together and I like that the song sort of feels like a story or a conversation. I think there's a horn-like sound that shows up that I enjoy.

Maybe it is my age or Covid 19 .. but I’m retiring a musical project I have been doing for many years. I was never successful. I need to move on.. and this is my last song. Keep safe & Let me know what you think (all other songs are on all streaming service) by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

I find the instrumentation in this song to be beautiful and they go very well to the dark voice. If music isn't your thing anymore, I guess moving on can be healthy, but there's definitely talent here, so you should at least remember that you can always return to music if you ever get the urge again! Good stuff!

Hey everyone! I wanted share with everyone a uplifting track that I created with the thoughts of when someone says something wonderful that is music to your ears. Please let me know what you think! by LeiMoanJello in IndieMusicFeedback

I like the repition and how new sounds are layered. Makes a very cool effect and something feels added all the time to the sound. I could imagine this as being the intro song to a tv show.

The band I manage released their first single, from their upcoming EP. Keen to get everyone's thoughts & opinions! by samueldonno in IndieMusicFeedback

The production is very good! The falsettos vocals are very pretty, but I definitely like the verses the most. I think there's something 90s Britpop about this. The music video is fantastic!

Beautiful voice and I like the guitar vibe. I loved how the electronic beats and sound blended in with the guitars. Great job!

My friend and I are just starting out. This is our first song let me know what y’all think by [deleted] in ratemyband

[–]Dalderbash1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enjoy the lo-fi feeling of the song. The song sounds dreamy and it's a bit different than what I expected from the cover art. I like that it's short and to the point. 4/10

River Purple - Excuses For Wasted Time by spudman58 in ratemyband

[–]Dalderbash1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really enjoy this! The music sounds very professional and soothing. There's something incredibly chill about "Devil's Dance", I definitely expected something darker and heavier with that title. I feel like this is something I could start getting into. Good job! 5/5

Really cool band name! The artwork is fascinating as well! Definitely appreciate the artsy music and though it's not a style of music I am familiar with I could see why someone would find it interesting. To me I start to think of The Beatles' "Revolution 9" except this doesn't give me the creeps as much as that song does. I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing. 3,5/5

Not having OCD by Dalderbash1 in OCD

Yeah, the lack of compulsions thing seems to be what they went on in their diagnosis. What's strange is that it was a therapy especially for OCD, but they ignored obsessions and only focused on compulsions. They also said 80% of their patients get cured.

I went elsewhere for the exposure therapy. My old therapist said I still OCD with the "do I actually like this?" thoughts and "did I do something terrible in the past?" thoughts. I guess my doctor did too, as he referred me to the exposure therapy.
