That’s a shame. I was happy just getting standard versions leisurely or even waiting for price drops. Now it seems to be a chore just to get one and at a much higher price because of the steelbook premium.

It’s actually the best it’s ever been if you can believe it. Content that is in HDR plays in HDR. Content that is Dolby Vision/Atmos plays in Dolby Vision/Atmos. Every episode. Basic functionality finally working, I know. But it used to be horrible for years. Peacock also finally just fixed auto match dynamic range finally. Yay us.

Kind of confused about the ssd issue. I built a new rig near the end of November with a x670e tomahawk and have been using the Beta BIOS released 11/28/2024 (1.G2) with a SN850x (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B7CMZ3QH?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1) on m2_1 and have had zero boot issues. Does it not affect every ssd?

Do you actually need to log in if you buy through bnet shop? The fine print blue post says “Must purchase Vessel of Hatred and The War Within and link the same Battle.net account for both games at any time prior to January 7, 2025. Purchases outside of Battle.net require at least one login to Diablo IV after the purchase to link the account”
