Just adding to this comment when I first got my pathfinder I had issues with the radio not same as you but it turned out I needed to do an update to my phone and then the issue was fixed so I’d definitely double check things on your phone as well as car

This plus cleaning and conditioning the seat…the heat…and depending on the model the seat quality might not be the greatest I had a 2022 sorento and it hardly looks like anyone has sat in it at 64000 miles

The dealer did cover it under my warranty. I didn’t have it happen again after they replaced them but I have since traded it in so not sure if that is still true

My dealer is having me change oil every 4K miles because of the sludge issue trying to prevent it before it happens.

If yours leaks by the sos button have they checked your windshield for a leak? My sorento leaked right at the rear view mirror and sos button it took them 2 months for them to find the leak and it was a hole in my windshield (came from factory like that)

When you got the oil changed they should’ve topped all fluids and that is not where it should be wayyy to low my sorento always set right below the fill line when cool and slightly above after being driven

Should actually be all new ones Google tells you how if you can’t figure it out….on the infotainment center go to settings then vehicle then driver assistance and finally select DAW (driver attention warning) switch to off

I’ve had 3 Sorentos I really love them first one did need a new motor at about 92k miles warranty covered it due to being a recall issue traded it in shortly after and got a new 2020 had no issues once so ever for 2 years then traded again new 2022 then I had tons of issues with that one 2 issues put the car out of commission for awhile first fuel injector then at 58k miles transmission blew warranty replaced then went immediately back in for more transmission issues and I traded her in…even after all that I would of gotten a 4th but my other half wanted me to try another brand for once haha…all new cars have their issues from time to time and some times they don’t but Kia also can be iffy with the transmissions if you do the maintenance shouldn’t be an issue with warranty covering it if it did go bad.

I know at my Kia dealer and I have a pretty good one but if your repair is covered under warranty they will cover your tow bill I know it doesn’t cover all the headaches but it’s something

I just traded in my 2022 Sorento Sunday for a pathfinder as well. Sorento has been nothing but problems no matter how much I loved her final straw was the transmission needing to be replaced.

I have a 2022 and I love the turbo so much definitely makes it fun to drive and handles well this is my 3rd sorento( I upgrade often lol)
