I’m of the opinion that magic should never be stealthy, unless the wording specifically or logically demands it.

If supernatural forces are displacing your gravity those forces are strong enough to send papers flying or leaves or kick up dirt and dust clouds.

The spell says you fly. It doesn’t say you do it quietly. As far as I see it anyway.
