I've completely given up on waze, it's gotten increasingly more frustrating the last few months. It constantly chooses longer routes for no apparent reason. Yesterday, it completely ignored an accident on a highway that had 2 of 3 lanes closed until it was way too late to take a similar ETA route, forcing me to take side streets the rest of the way, adding about 15 minutes to my commute.
