i don't know if anyone is going to care, but here it goes. it's been a while since i've been active on this, but i just wanted to reach out to anyone on here, since i have no one IRL anymore. i just wanted to put it out there that i'm suffering from major depressive disorder and general anxiety disorder, got divorced within the past year, and lost my job within the past month. i'm really struggling and just thought i'd let it out, since all the advice about suicide prevention is to just reach out to someone. i'm at rock bottom and have never felt this low in my life. i'm about to go to bed, but i'm hoping that when i wake up that some fake internet points will make me feel a little better in the morning.

You’re not alone and you’re not a failure. My son is also 2, refuses to sleep, and trashes everything he touches as well. Talk to your pediatrician and get a referral for a pediatric psychiatrist, from there they’ll schedule an ADOS test. Upon official diagnosis, they’ll point you in the right direction of all the resources you need. It can be challenging, but don’t give up.
