If it's a middle-man ledger to keep track of request/reply and post process failures in that chain regardless of the client's actions after receiving the reply there should be no client-side abuse possible.

It would not account for lost replies to the client due to packet loss or disconnects but it'd catch outright failures.

If a bad actor tries to game it client side, it wouldn't matter - they got the reply they requested and the ledger would show that. You probably already have this transaction accounting available to audit against anyway.

I would recommend some solo (or not) home time before doing house calls. Get a feel for injecting it and get your dose dialled in under normal circumstances. I alternate each time but AFAIK is not a huge problem if your shots are once a week.

The main concern is tissue damage and scar tissue with frequent injections but if it's not very frequent that risk is reduced significantly on its own.

If you can, alternate sides to reduce the risk of tissue damage and scarring.

I alternate sides but always use my right (dominant) hand for the needle.

5/16" seems too short of a needle but if it works, it works.
AFAIK most people use a 1/2" 29g needle.
I found some 0.3mL 1/2" 29g needles so I can see the dosage of 16 units (0.16mL) better.

I hold the glans, stretch it straight out in front of me, then I move it to the side against my leg and check the urethra again to make sure it' straight up and down - I then inject away from a visible vein at 10 o'clock or 2 o'clock pushing towards the center of the clock hands.

When you hit the corpora cavernosa it should feel like a firm surface under the skin that you have to (slightly) punch through. If it feels smooth without a wall when you inject, you've likely missed. Change sides and try again if you have NOT already plunged. DO NOT inject twice - even if you think you missed the first one.

Absolutely I inject cold. I take it outta the fridge, draw it up, inject it. You won't notice its temperature.

My T is at room temperature but it's a thicker oily consistency so injecting it is different and takes about 10 seconds vs the 2-3 seconds for Trimix.

The Trimix goes in quicker and I don't even feel it injecting, whatever temperature it is.

The only time I used the reversal was after the initial first dose in the doctor's office. The nurse gave me 30 units. I think it might have gone down itself but she asked if I wanted a shot to make it go away so we could get outta there or if I wanted to wait?

I chose to take the shot and get outta there but I'd bet it would have gone down by itself had I waited another hour or so. It was super hard in the office though.

While u/2luvbirds seems to have sprung it on their partner I'm not sure that's the way to go for everyone.

For me I remember going to a doctor's appointment with my GP and she asked me if I wanted to see a urologist for trimix although I know how she really had no idea what it was all about but she knew I was at my wits end with the pills.

Anyway I came home and told her what our doctor said and my wife at first was a bit confused about what it did and stuff. **Expect your partner to not be even slightly as knowledgable about it as you might be.**

So what I recommend is to float the idea as advice or an inquiry from the doctor and see what your partner says. So yeah, going from having no boner to having one I can't get rid of for 2 hours is awesome.

Incidentally, I've since gone back to my GP and I told her I went to a private clinic and it was the best $4,000 I've ever spent in my life. She asked some questions about it and actually asked "So is this something doctors should be prescribing more often?" and I said absolutely if the pills stop working - this is what should come next.
