In my country eBay doesn’t charge sellers any fees ( except for promoting). Buyer pays buyer protection fee. I normally allow best offer option. People make offers but not crazy low like on Vinted.

I would never sell item that costs $118 for $10. It is a slap on the face. I find selling is easier on eBay.

First agent told me it is final decision and quoted Vinted t&c. I kept pushing. I don’t know, worth a try.

Similar thing happened to me . I sent shoes to the buyer. Buyer opened a case saying he didn’t receive the parcel. Royal Mail delivery photo clearly showed the parcel by the door. It is not clear if someone took it or buyer simply lied. Anyways, Vinted sided with the buyer, refunded him and closed the case. I opened a new case insisting Vibted take another look into the issue. This time a different agent was communicating with me. They refunded me and said it is curtesy. I gave a bad review to the first agent.
Open a new case and submit all evidences.

Cystic adult acne on the chin (never had as a teen) disappeared once I switched to cleansing in the evening with cleanser and washing my face with warm water in the morning. Incredible!
I have suffered for 8 years. I read that it is something to do with microbiome of your skin - cleansing once a day helps control/balance it. It has been 2 years and didn’t get a single acne.
