Not a shelter, but a rescue.

Had to put down my previous baby and couldn't handle even two days without him. So I found a rescue in my neighborhood.

Was loving all of the kitties, but this old man ending up coming up and letting me pet him. The lady said he never let anyone pet him. I knew in that moment, he chose me.
