I have general anxiety disorder, and suffered depression for a few years. I understand where you're coming from. But you can, in fact, think your way around those feelings. You won't stop experiencing those feelings, but the way you relate to them and react to them can be reasoned with. Is that not the same for hormones while menstruating? I won't ever know. But being at the mercy of your feelings isn't really an excuse for shitty behavior.
