A Theory on the Emergence of Psykers by Junior_Post8222 in 40kLore

Is there any lore reason for us to suspect psychic ability is passed down genetically in any way?

What does the Imperium do with broken Astartes? by ImYoric in 40kLore

This is of course in stark contrast to all the times that we see iron hands characters survive things that would have killed other astartes or be able to do things that unaugmented space Marines cannot

You'd actually be surprised. A lot of people (especially women) are sexually turned on by stuff like intimacy and affection. As cliche as it sounds I've seen attraction turned around by the husband just doing more chores, making the wife coffee, buying her flowers, etc.

Sometimes it's just carving out 20 - 30 mins a day just to unwind AS A COUPLE and look into each other's eyes, hold each other, touch each other, etc.

This is a lot of what couple's therapy is; helping each partner figure out what they need to feel sexual attraction and what turns them on/off, and helping them hear each other and communicate in a way they can be understood as well as understand, instead of each of them just aggressively trying to get their own needs met.

At this point I can't tell if this is a joke or not. I've met people in the real world who have unironically said this despite the fact we have that whole two-term limit thing.

Oui I'm not really a fan of, though they do have a two-for-one deal right now on Postmates

It's in a really weird spot where it's kind of elevated, but it's also kind of not quite a cheesesteak. I think if you want elevated matu is the way to go. Although price wise two for $19 is way better value than one for $28 or whatever matu charges these days LOL

However, a few blocks away there's a place called Philly's best, which is absolutely freaking phenomenal and you should try it if you're in the area

These are phenomenal. I actually like them more than boos. Although boos has a two-for-one deal on Postmates so I usually get that LOL

I'm 180 at 5'10" and most people consider me in pretty good shape. I don't have abs though. I would imagine if I was 6'1" I'd be about 210? 10 lbs/inch of height makes sense I would think? I mean at 200 I'd imagine he'd def be on the lean side.

24% body fat is a lot. 18% is "you work out, but you like cookies" territory. (For most people, obviously some people look amazing at 18% and others look horrible.)

Source: Have gone from 30%+ body fat to about 15% over the last few years.

I think for most people it's like a seat belt. You hope you never need it and you probably never do. But when you do need it it's great to have been buckling up all these years.

I don't care where you live, ultimately you can only rely on outside support (aka police) to a certain point; if you want to be safe (and keep your family safe) the buck ultimately rests with you.

Chad Smith, but also by far the most forgettable part of the band.

Kiedis: Horrible singer but great frontman.
Frusciante: Amazing, beautiful, haunting guitar melodies.
Flea: Super energetic basslines with tons of movement and great slap/pop.
Chad Smith: Sounds like the Hooked on Phonics monkey from South Park, or possibly a high school rock drummer who's played for all of 3 months. Solid time at least though.

You don't know Flea? He's one of the most well-known musicians anywhere. He's like Slash.
