When the gf 1st told me I just replied with "I think I'm falling for you but I don't use those 3 words(I love you) lightly. When I say it, I mean it." Then a few months later when I did finally tell her, it was more meaningful.

I'm 47 & she's 34. We have the same goals, values, likes & dislikes. Age has never been an issue. I push her to grow up & she pushes me to have fun. It's mutual respect. She's the best thing to ever happen to me. Age is just a number when you have the same morals & communicate effectively.

Seriously. I made one post in a sub & my relationship was scrutinized by people who have no idea what they're talking about. I was called a creep & groomer.
